Welcome to The Armthorpe School Sixth Form

Louise Bisby
Head of Sixth
Form

If you want teaching of the highest quality, a friendly, supportive atmosphere and the benefit of purpose-built facilities while you study, then you need look no further. Subjects are studied in manageable groups which allow for different styles of learning and greater personal attention.

Advice is always readily available on academic and personal problems. The Sixth Form Mentoring Scheme provides the individual support for all students to guide and encourage them to achieve at the highest possible levels. Careers guidance is an
integral part of the curriculum from the outset, with considerable time being spent on interview skills, C.V.s and U.C.A.S. applications. Extra support is readily available for anyone who finds learning difficult and who may need that additional boost to achieve their potential.

See our Sixth Form Prospectus and Options Book for more information.
