Shakespeare School's Festival 2011

SHAKESPEARE SCHOOLS FESTIVAL

The Armthorpe School took part in The Shakespeare School’s Festival again this this year, marking its third consecutive performance in the festival that celebrates the works of William Shakespeare. 12 students from across the school performed a 30 minute abridged version of “Macbeth” to an audience at The Lyceum Theatre in Sheffield. Over 650 schools, 13,000 students and 80 theatres take place in the festival each year and we are looking forward to our next production in 2012!
